Oral
presentations are offered. Note that a best presentation prize will be
organized in order to reward the best
early career attendees
realizations.
Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated at the latest the 30th of
March 2018. The abstract will be published in the book of abstracts only
after validation of the inscription.
If you would like to participate without giving a presentation, you can
register via the
registration
process. In case of too many applicants, priority will be given to
those who submit an abstract.
Length of talks
- Plenary talk: 55+5 minute lecture.
- Contributed
talk: 25+5 minute
lecture.
Best presentation awards
Best presentations by early career attendees will be
awarded with FoMICS/ICS and CCFE Young Scientist prizes. All PhD
students and people who have finished their PhD in the last three
years are eligible, with a maximum age of 33 years. Theses prizes will
be formally presented to the winners at the end of the conference.
