Arrivals on May 1st : The arrival date is
scheduled on the 1st of May, night. There will be a dinner organized
at Roscoff for those that will arrive early enough (e.g. any train
arriving in Roscoff before 18:42, and leaving Paris at 14:56). The
last train from Paris will leave Paris at 16:56, and arrives in
Roscoff at 20:42.
If you plan to arrive at Brest airport, please let us know as soon as possible the arrival time of your flight at Brest so that we can plan a taxi (or more) bringing you to Hotel Le Gulf Stream.
If you plan to arrive by train, the best is to arrive in Roscoff through Morlaix. The hotel is at a walking distance from the station but if you want you may tell us and we may organize a taxi ride.
If you plan to arrive at Brest airport, please let us know as soon as possible the arrival time of your flight at Brest so that we can plan a taxi (or more) bringing you to Hotel Le Gulf Stream.

Departures on May 5th :
The conference will end on the 5th May at noon (except for those going to the excursion on the Bath island). A train is leaving Roscoff at 14:05 and reaches Paris at 18:04 (another one leaves at 11:58 and arrives at 16:04).

There are three ways to get to Roscoff by public transportation:
By train :
- from Paris (about 4 hours): take the TGV (high-speed train) from Paris-Montparnasse to Morlaix, then a train or a bus from Morlaix to Roscoff.
- from CDG airport (a little less than 6 hours) , take the TGV from CDG airport to Morlaix, then a train or a bus from Morlaix to Roscoff.

- As
there are train
strikes planned in France on May 3th-4th, double check
that your train is running and prefer to travel the other days
(eg May 1st and 5th)
- the closest airport is Brest
Bretagne (BES). The taxi ride from Brest airport to Roscoff
takes about 45 min. and costs between 90 to 120 euros (one way)
depending on the traffic (expect for additional fare on may 1st).
